Try out each class we offer in all time sets that they are available. Deepen your understanding of the method and discover which time and workout format works best for you. All sessions must be completed within 2 weeks of initial session.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
     Single sessions:
        $90 per session for an hour session
       4 sessions (3 month expiry): $340 ($85 per session)
      10 sessions (3 month expiry): $700 ($80 per 9 sessions + $100 off bonus session)

        $120 per 1.5 hour session
       4 sessions (3 month expiry): $460 ($115 per session)
      10 sessions (6 month expiry): $1000 ($110 per 9 sessions + $100 off bonus session)

       GYROKINESIS® privates
    $65/hour
    5 sessions: (3 month expiry) $260
    10 sessions: (6 month expiry) $500

     Duets for GYROKINESIS® privates:

     1 session: $50 per person

All payment upfront. We accept cash, cheque and email money transfer.
24 hour cancellation policy in effect.
All packages are non-transferable once they have been initiated.
All expiry dates commence on the date the first session of each package is initiated.
